Nicole by OPI - Kim-Pletely In Love. 4 coats, no topcoat.
The amount of Kim Kardashian jokes that I could make right now is too easy. I recently picked up this color and Disco Dolls from the Kardashian nail line. Khloe and Kortney are the only sisters I like (they’re hilarious, you have to admit) but I loved this pink so I passed on Khloe Had a Lam-Lam and got this. I don’t know why but I’ve been all about baby pinks lately! This is a pale pink with a blue shimmer throughout it. The shimmer is really vivid in the bottle but it didn’t translate to the nail very well. It was kinda streaky and I had a few issues with bald spots, but it all evened out after the fourth thin coat. It dries sooo quickly (almost as quickly as their marriage ended…) and overall was an easy polish to work with.

(pleas ignore the picture quality. The batteries for the camera that I use to take all of my pictures died, which means no camera till I can buy batteries! So I used my roomies. And apparently it doesn’t like me very much!)
Revlon - Starry Pink. 4 thin coats with a top coat.
This is a light pink creme with silver glitter and hexagon glitter. I was going to wait to post this but it’s like Crown Me Already! and a pink creme had a baby so I figured I’d post them close together! The consistency on this was kind wonky. It pretty runny and it was difficult to get the glitter to be ever and I often ended up with chunks of hexagon glitter in the same spot. Also the pink polish kind of takes away from the glitter and covers it a bit. However, I do love it even with it’s weird application. It’s so pretty and dainty, I feel like a princess. I can’t wait to see how this is taking off, though… ahaha

my lovely mother’s hands. Every Sunday night I give her a mani and she’s slowly getting funkier and funkier with her choices.
