My go to products for keeping my hands nice and purty. Remember to always keep your cuticles moisturized!
So I’ve had trouble in the past finding the perfect lotion for my horribly dry hands. I swear it must run in the family because my mom also has the same gross fingers that I do. But finally I found a lotion that truly works!
It’s from Bath and Body Works and is called Super Softening Hand Lotion from the True Blue Spa line. It’s made with paraffin and it is wonderful. I’ve had the small tube since probably January I want to say, and it still is like half full. I got the larger tube for my birthday back in June and the bottle looks like it’s barely been used. I carry the small tube with me at ALL times.

This is what my hands look like fresh out of the shower. Nice and icky looking. The amount of lotion I’ve out on my hands is enough for BOTH hands (I accidentally put a little too much on, actually). It’s a really thick cream so you don’t need too much of it.

(I’m wearing Borghese - Botticelli Nude. I Filed my nails down this morning and applied it to my new short nails and I’m in love. So in love with this color.)
I rub it into my nails, making sure to get my cuticles and all around my nails, where I have a lot of dryness, and onto my knuckles as well. Because it’s so thick it can feel a little greasy, but after a while it seeps into your skin and it doesn’t even feel like you have lotion on anymore. And then, literally 30 seconds after putting on the lotion I took a picture of my hands.

This is without any cuticle cream or editing. My hands finally look normal and pretty! The only downside is that the product IS a tad pricey. The small bottle in the first picture was $6. I don’t know the price of the larger one since it was a gift, but I can only imagine that it must have been between $12-$15.

Also isn’t the bottle just so cute?!
